Postgraduate Club

Postgrad club continues to run weekly on Thursdays from 10-11AM with a range of interesting talks and fabulous speakers. We have had talks on basic statistics by Professor Eric Papas, how to use Endnote by Dr Alex Hui, how to manage your supervisor by Professor Fiona Stapleton and considerations before deciding on an overseas post doc by Dr Barbara Zangerl, advice of conference travel by Professor Mark Willcox and which journal to choose for publication by Dr Wolf Villalta.  The weekly club has proven to be very popular amongst our students.

Annual Postgraduate Conference

The 2018 annual postgraduate conference was held during July at UNSW. Postgraduate students showcased their work in 12 minute presentations and had the opportunity to answer questions from the audience. After their talk they were interviewed by a Review Committee; a requirement of UNSW to establish their progress.
