Early Career Researcher of the Month: Meet Dr Pauline Kang. Pauline is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Optometry and Vision Science leading the School’s research in myopia. Her research aims to identify why children become myopic, and to improve current interventions prescribed to slow myopia progression.
Pauline also coordinates the Myopia Clinic (https://www.optometry.unsw.edu.au/optometry-clinic/myopia-clinic) to not only provide a dedicated service to myopic patients, but to teach evidence-based myopia management to undergraduate Optometry and Vision Science students.
