Master of Optometry

Many of the courses have been designed using a variety of teaching methods. In this way, we intend to make them accessible to practising optometrists who wish to obtain further qualifications, as well as those who would like an update on specific topics as part of continuing professional education. Candidates may enrol in a full postgraduate coursework program or individual courses for professional continuing education purposes.

The MOptom can be completed in one and a half years of full-time study, or in two or more* years of part-time study#.
