Multi-sensory Experiences in Virtual Space

Virtual and augmented reality is a growing area of technology whereby we can create and design or enhance the environment. This research is looking at understanding multi-sensory experiences such as vection (illusory self-motion in depth), cybersickness and patterns of sway using head-mounted displays in people with healthy eyes or vision impairment. The goal of this research is to explore sensory limits and investigate and predict behavioural patterns in a safe environment.
